Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ
As I’m usually busy with clients during the day, the best way to book or manage appointments is through my online booking system. You’ll also find lots of helpful information about treatments on my website.
If you need to get in touch directly, please contact me via:
📱 WhatsApp – 07715 303440
📧 Email – [email protected]
To keep things organised, I don’t use SMS, Facebook, or Instagram messaging — having everything in one place helps me respond more efficiently.
Please be patient when waiting for a reply — I will get back to you as soon as I can, but response times may be a few days.
Thank you for your understanding! 🤍
Click here to book via my online booking system.
If you can’t find a suitable slot, please use the ‘Add to Waitlist’ feature — it’s the best way to grab any cancellations or newly released appointments! (See below for how it works.)
✨ Top Tip: Make sure your mobile number and email address are up to date to receive confirmation and reminder emails. You can check or update your details by logging in, clicking ‘Manage a Booking’, then ‘My Details’.
I’m currently only accepting new clients for Permanent Make-Up and PMU Removal.
If you’d like to be notified when I have availability for other treatments, please complete this short form:

If you’d like advice and want to share a photo of your brows, feel free to email it to [email protected].
To discuss Permanent Make-Up or PMU Removal, please contact me directly via WhatsApp or email.
Life happens — I totally understand! However, as a small business, missed or last-minute changes to appointments have a big impact.
For full details, please read my Small Business Protection Policy.
Here’s a quick overview:
Cancellations: Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Short-notice cancellations (less than 48 hours) will incur a fee.
Missed Appointments (No Shows): These will still be charged for in full and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, I may not be able to carry out your full treatment, and your appointment may be cancelled depending on how much time remains. The original treatment will be charged for.
Thank you for respecting my time and policies – it helps keep things running smoothly for everyone 💛
I recommend booking at least 2 months in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
If you can’t find a suitable appointment, the ‘Add to Waitlist’ feature is a great way to be notified as soon as a slot becomes available.
Here’s how to use it:
Search for availability as usual. If no slots are free, click ‘Add to Waitlist’.
Choose your preferred dates and times — select as many as you like to increase your chances.
Once you’ve selected your preferences, click ‘Confirm Waitlist’ to submit your request.
If a suitable slot becomes available, you’ll receive an instant email notification with a booking link.
Act fast! Click the link and follow the steps to secure your appointment.
💡 Tip: Make sure your email address is correct in your account so you don’t miss any alerts.

Full aftercare advice will be discussed during your appointment and is also included in the Treatment Advice form, which you’ll receive via email when booking your first treatment.
💡 Please read this form as soon as possible — it includes important pre-treatment guidance, such as avoiding:
Sunburn
Fake tan
Botox …and other things that can affect your results!
✨ Why aftercare matters:
Following the correct aftercare helps prolong the life of your treatment and keeps your brows and/or lashes in the best condition possible.
Top Tip:
For best results, try to grow your brows for at least 4 weeks before your appointment — the more natural hair I have to work with, the better your final shape will be!
You can also read my general Treatment Advice for brows and lashes here – including tips for healthy brow growth.
Yes – no patch test, no treatment! Patch tests are essential for your safety and take just 5 minutes in the salon.
Most treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours in advance, and it’s your responsibility to ensure enough time between your test and treatment. If a patch test hasn’t been done in time, your appointment will be cancelled.
Although I use a sensitive wax for all treatments, you’ll still be offered an optional wax patch test. Please note: a reaction can occur at any time, even with treatments you’ve had before.
When Will I Need a New Patch Test?
You’ll need a new patch test if any of the following apply since your last treatment or patch test:
• You’ve had changes to your medical history (e.g. pregnancy, new medication, or diagnosis)
• It’s been 6 months or more since your last patch test or treatment
• You’re trying a new treatment that you haven’t been patch tested for at my salon — even if you’ve had it done elsewhere
• You’ve used home tinting or lamination kits
Absolutely. Your safety and well-being are my top priorities. A full consultation is always carried out before your treatment to check for any contraindications (reasons why a treatment may not be suitable).
Please complete any consultation forms as soon as possible, and always be honest—if you’re unsure about anything, just ask!
Important safety notes:
• I cannot carry out treatments if you’ve taken Roaccutane (for acne) within the last 6 months
• Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or undergoing IVF will exclude you from any treatments involving tint or lifting solutions
• If you’re sensitive to regular tint, I offer a vegan and plant-free tint as an alternative (patch test still required)
I’m fully insured with Public, Products, Malpractice & Professional Liability insurance, and I only use and retail high-quality, trusted brands for all treatments and aftercare.
I do not offer treatments to anyone under the age of 14. Some treatments are restricted to 16+ – the age limit is listed next to each treatment.
For clients under 18, parental or guardian consent is required before any treatment can go ahead. Where possible, I kindly ask that a parent or guardian attend the appointment with anyone under 18.
Absolutely. If you’d prefer a quieter experience, just add a note when booking or send me a quick email or message. After your consultation and treatment check, your time will be completely your own.
I work on a 1:1 basis, so the salon is always calm, private, and never busy or noisy.
Silent appointments are especially welcome if you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or are neurodivergent and prefer minimal conversation or sensory input. Your comfort always comes first.
The Arcadia pay & display car park is located just across the road. There is also some free parking nearby, but it may be short-stay or seasonal – please allow extra time to park, especially during the summer months. Disabled parking is available directly opposite the salon.
The salon is on ground floor level, making it relatively accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs, although space is slightly limited. There is one step to access the toilet.
If you need any assistance on arrival, please don’t hesitate to knock or get in touch – I’m always happy to help.
You can pay by card when booking online, or simply leave your card details to secure your appointment. If you choose the latter, you’re welcome to pay by cash or card in the salon — if paying by cash, please try to bring the correct amount.
Gift Vouchers are available to purchase online or in the salon, and can be for a specific amount or chosen treatments (or both!).
Please check the Terms of Service below for more details on voucher use.
